Jon Martello (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) is a strong, handsome, good old-fashioned guy. His buddies call him Don Jon due to his ability to "pull" a different woman every weekend, but even the finest fling doesn't compare to the bliss he finds alone in front of the computer watching pornography. In Arizona in the late 1800's, infamous outlaw Ben Wade (RussellCrowe) and his vicious gang of thieves and murderers have plagued the Southern Railroad. Larry cuts his hand on a nail resulting in blood falling on the floor where Frank died. Frank is resurrected but also incomplete. Julia ends up helping Frank by finding 3 victims and giving them to Frank. Kirsty is the daughter of Larry and escapes from Frank. She also takes the box and solves it. She discovers that the cenobites inhabit it. The ending suggests that Julia and Frank both die and the cenobites are sent back to Hell.
The character is used primarily as a disguise for each of the antagonists of each film to conceal their identity, while conducting serial murders and as such has been portrayed by several actors.
This wasn't cruelty, but a policy for all of the dhampir he "created", possibly so that humans wouldn't revolt and use the vampire/dhampir weakness of the sun, holy items and water against them.
Vampirella exerts super-strength when facing her opponents and can move so fast that she appears as a blur of motion. Her senses are far beyond those of humans, allowing her to tell ones emotional state through their scent, hear things imperceptible to humans, and see clearly in total darkness. She is very athletic, possessing great stamina, reflexes, and agility beyond that of humans. Her healing factor grants her great resilience and allows her to heal rapidly from her wounds and makes her immune to Earthly illness and toxins.
